2012电池IEC标准内容简要归纳总则(中英文)

1.1 Scope适用范围
This international Standard specifies tests and requirements for sealed nickel-metal hydride rechargeable single cells, suitable for in any orientation.

At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. 1.3 Definitions定义
For the purpose of this International Standard, the following definitions apply.

1.3.1 Sealed nickel-metal hydride cell密封镍金属氢化物电池
Cell which remains closed and does not release either gas or liquid when operated within the
limits of charge and temperature specified by the manufacture. The cell may be equipped with a safety device to prevent dangerously high internal pressure. The cell does not require addition to the electrolyte and is designed to operate during its life in its original sealed state.
在制造商规定的充电和温度范围内电池在工作时保持密封既不释放气体也不漏电解液电池本身有安全装置以防止内压过高的危险电池无需添加电解液并设计成能在其寿命期间以最初密封状态工作
Note: The nickel-metal hydride cell, however, may release gas towards the end of its life due to the accumulation of hydrogen in the cell.

1.3.2 Small prismatic cell小型方形电池
Cell in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped whose width and thickness dimensions are not more than 25 mm.
宽度和厚度尺寸均不超过25mm的直平行六面体电池
1.3.3 Nominal voltage of a sealed nickel-metal hydride rechargeable cell标称电压
The nominal voltage is 1.2V. 标称电压为1.2V
1.3.4 Rated capacity额定容量
Quantity of electricity C5Ah (ampere-hours) declared by the manufacturer which a single cell can deliver when discharged at the reference test current of 0.2 It A to a final voltage of 1.0V at +20 after charging, storing and discharging under the specified conditions(see clause 4).
制造商标称的以A.H安培小时为单位的电量C5 即单体电池在第4章规定的条件下经充电搁置和放电之后在20℃条件下以5h 率放电至电压为1.0V时多能提供的电量

1.4 Parameter measurement tolerances测量参数公差
The overall controlled or measured values, relative to the specified or actual values, shall be within these tolerances:
所有控制和测量的数据的准确度接近要求或确切值都应在以下公差范围之内
a) 1% for voltage1%电压

c) 1% for capacity1%流量
d) 2 for temperature2温度
e) 0.1% for time0.1%时间
These tolerances comprise the comprise the combined of the measuring instruments, the measurement techniques used, and all other sources of error in the test procedure.
